All designs and illustrations are owned by Sartor Paper Lab. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of our designs without permission. We may use photos of the designs we create for you on our website or social media.

Quotes & Payments

Quotes and Payments

Quotes are valid for 7 days.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, prior to shipping.
We only accept payment via bank transfer or deposit.

Approvals Revisions

Design Approvals and Revisions

For Semi-Custom Designs, you get 2 rounds of revisions, after the first draft. Additional revisions are €90 per hour.
For Fully-Custom Designs, you get 3 rounds of revisions included. After that, revisions are €90 per hour.

You are responsible for proofreading the text in your proof. Once you approve it, you accept responsibility for any errors. We don't offer reprints under these circumstances.

Cancellations Refunds

Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or personal circumstances. Additionally, personalized items are non-refundable due to their custom nature.

If you experience any issues or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your items so we can work to resolve the matter. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will do our best to address any concerns.

Missing Items

Damaged, Faulty, or Missing Items

If your items are damaged, missing or printed incorrectly, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items for a reprint. The reprint might take 14 business days depending on the size of your order, and will only occur if what you received does not match your order.
We may ask for photos or the return of the faulty items.

Reprints are free if the error is on our part. Please, make sure to double check your information before submitting the Details Form and approving the revisions.

We don’t reprint if you mistype or changed details after approving the final revision.

Shipping Delivery

You can find estimated delivery times on our website. All orders are shipped with registered mail and are fully traceable.

Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, once your package is in transit, any delays are beyond our control due to CTT's processing times. You'll receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

We take great care in packing your order securely, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damage once it’s been shipped.

Currently, we offer shipping within the European Union only. If there are any customs fees for your country, these will be your responsibility.

Color Printing

Color & Printing Variations

Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the final print. If you're unsure, we offer printed proofs for an extra fee. Because of the handmade nature of these products, minor differences in texture, color, and positioning are normal and not considered faults.

Feedback Photos

Feedback & Photos

By ordering from Sartor Paper Lab, you agree that we can use your feedback and images of your stationery on our website and social media. If you’d prefer not to share, just let us know, and we’ll remove it.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use, edit, or publish them without compensation. We’re not required to keep them confidential or respond.
You are responsible for any comments you make, and they must not infringe on others’ rights or contain harmful content.
