Can I see my design before committing to the Fully-Custom Service? We totally understand wanting to see the design first! While we can share mood boards, reference images, color palettes, and typography ideas, a deposit is required before we create the custom design. This helps ensure we’re both committed to the process. If you decide not to move forward after seeing the mock-up, you won’t owe any additional production fees, and we're compensated for the time spent creating your design. This also helps protect our work from being copied without payment.
