All orders are shipped with registered mail from Lisbon via CTT.

You'll receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, once your package is in transit, any delays are beyond our control due to CTT's processing times.

We take great care in packing your order securely, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damage once it’s been shipped.

Shipping Days: Every Tuesday and Thursday
Costs: Shipping fees depend on your order size.
 
For a general idea:
Portugal: €8.34 (500g-2kg) | Delivery: 2-3 business days
EU: €21,44 (500g-1kg) | Delivery: 3-7 business days
Customs fees and ETA: If applicable, are not included and will be the responsibility of the customer.
